SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS
We offer 3 flexible delivery options to suit your needs:
1.Express Shipping via SMSA – To All KSA Cities
- Cost: SAR 28 Flat rate for all cities.
- Delivery Time: 2 to 7 business days.
- Coverage: All cities and regions across Saudi Arabia.
2.Express Courier Delivery – Within Riyadh City Only
- Cost: SAR 35 Flat and unified rate.
- Delivery Time: Within 24 hours from order confirmation.
- Service Terms: Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available with the courier advance electronic payment is required.
3. In-Store Pickup
You can pick up your order directly from our store during official working hours:
- Saturday to Thursday: 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM.
- Friday: 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM.
Additional Notes:
- Official working days are Sunday through Thursday. Official holidays and weekends are not included in the shipping timeframe.
- Once your order is shipped, you will be provided with a tracking number to follow your shipment's status via the carrier.
- Please ensure that you enter the correct delivery address and contact number to guarantee prompt delivery without any delays.
